Can I use your photos?
We own the copyright to all our photos (unless otherwise noted) and descriptions, so they are not available for use without express permission from Bosfori LLC.
Where do you ship from?
All items are posted from Georgia, US.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we are only shipping to US & Canada. If you would like to buy wholesale from us, we can ship internationally with MOQ.
How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept bank deposit, Apple Pay, Credit Card, Paypal or Shopify Payments.
How soon after payment will my item be sent?
If you purchase an item before 3 pm, it will be posted the same day. If purchased after 3 pm, it will be posted the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or Public Holidays.
How can I track my order?
On the day of purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link which shows you the progress of your order.
